CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
1. 100% Refund
Cancellation made within 24 hours of booking and at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.
2. 50% Refund
Cancellation made more than 24 hours after booking but at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.
3. No Refund (0%)
Cancellation made within 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Exception: Sailing permits are issued daily by the Coast Guard. In the event of force majeure affecting your booking, you may choose either a full refund or to reschedule with assistance from our sales team.

Jet Ski Rental
A deposit of AED 2000 or original passport/ID should be submitted prior to rental.
Charter Includes
Charter includes sound system with bluetooth,towels,water,ice,soft drink and disposable plates&cups.
Document Requirements
All passengers must carry their local I.D.(EID) or original passport to comply with the U.A.E Maritime Law.
Footwear
Footwear is not permitted to be worn on board during your charter.
Pets
Pets are not permitted on board.
Boarding Time
Boarding will open 10 minutes before your scheduled charter time.
Life Vest
Children under the age of 12 must wear a life vest on board at all times.
